Convention Program – 2024

A program of educational topics of interest to all
Presentations for the 2024 WES convention are currently being slotted. Not all have been selected yet but we will have a tentative schedule for you to look at soon. Some of the surveying classes have not been selected yet but will be. The convention will be held at the UW Gateway, in Laramie February 7-9, 2024. The new schedule will begin with a half-day Wednesday, one full-day Thursday and conclude after a half-day on Friday.
The format of the convention will be the same as the last live convention. Registration includes lunch both days, classes, a exhibitors beer break on Wednesday afternoon which will include raffling of prizes donated by the exhibitors, and a hosted reception on Thursday night after the members meeting.
We are continuing with the previous format of having your personal class schedule on your smart phone or tablet. If there is a room change for a particular class you will be notified on your smart device and you will not go to the wrong room.

The committee is working to assemble a program that includes a
variety of current topics that should be of interest to all members.
The tentative program will be revised as plans are finalized.
